Simple client language changer

Requires:

SM 1.3.7-hg3109+ or 1.4.0-hg3198+, clientprefs

How to install:

Drag and drop!

Commands:

// Call menu to select language
sm_setlanguage
sm_setlang
sm_language // appears if "GeoIP Language Selection" plugin isn't loaded 
sm_lang

// Admin command:
// Remote setting new language
// Note that client must be in game
sm_scl_cookie <#userid|pname|name> [lang_id]
