Description: An admin menu which gives players weapons by commonly used names, so you do not have to remember the weapon names. Choose the weapon first, then choose the player to receive it. Has a neat and easy to use interface.

I ported it to SourceMod since my community's server is having problems with EventScripts lagging the server badly when changing maps / restarting. I added enhanced interfaces and fixed some bugs.
-C4 Bomb giving fixed.
-Now message when giving items shows the admin's name too
-Added Knife to the list

Features:
-Neat and easy to use interface and menu
-Gives weapons with a nice looking message to a selected player
-Gives all kinds of weapons including Knife and Kevlar and Nightvision

-Separate admin flag from other admin flags, so you can give an admin this access without giving other accesses, or the other way round

How To Use:
Command to open main menu in console: wg
Command to open main menu in chat: !wg
How To Add Admins:
SM WeaponGiver uses the ADMFLAG_CUSTOM1 to identify admins, which is the "o" flag. Simply authorize a user with the "o" flag and he can access the weapon menu. You can edit the sourcecode to change the flag if you wish to (I have included comments next to those flags on how to change them).
Disabling Plugin Messages:
If you would like to disable the messages which show that a player has received a weapon from an admin, edit line 20 of the sourcecode.
Change the value of the variable MessagesEnabled to 0.
