[EKS]

This plugin fixes a few balance issues in de_rats , cs_rats2_final , de_rats_2001. And stops the ability for teammates to hurt their own team
either via drowning them, or gassing them. These changes are done server side, and the client does not need to redownload the maps

What the plugins does:

cs_rats2_final
*Removes water control in CT spawn
de_rats
*Removes doors in CT spawn ( Up stairs )
*Moves a few spawnpoints to under the wash from inside the frige
de_rats_2001
*Disables spray can that in CT spawn

As you can see here all rats maps belongs to the most popular maps on our server and I guess this plugin will make them quiet more popular *g*.

Bugreport: Since I installed your rats_fixer, a CT gets stucked on a spawnpoint inside the fridge on the iceblock on de_rats (screenshot)

Also perhaps you can fix another problem on de_rats.
When you lift up with the elevator sometimes you also get stucked in the elevator when you reach the top of the fridge.
