Hello. I have an idea to a make a plugin reducing bandwidth, via doing this in some cases:

On map called zm_dust2_pinger I had ping 500-600 because of to many entities, I blocked the send channel but nothing happend with my ping.

Would this code really make some part of packets not not be sent to client? Or just changes info to 0 or something like that?
