This plugin is against the Bugs with dropping Weapons in #5. Thats the bug who any player can drop unlimited Snarks, or Stachels(can also crash server).
Simple Plugin, player cannot drop that 4 weapons anymore, so there is no bug anymore

amx_cannotdropwaittime is the time a player have to wait for drop something after selecting a weapon, that will stop the 2second bug

If you want to change, you can change it, but ... that are NOT seconds !

instead of stoping it completely, i recommend that you limit it to droping it once or so.

Not bad, didn't know that snark bug could crash the little sven servers

Anywho, you do know you can pull the same glitch with all weapons right? for instance the rpg... You shoot the last one and drop it at the same time. pick it up you got 1 more.

You should:
1. Fix the warning.

Also i'd recommend to not hardcode the weapon indexes. This is from the HLSDK:
