Just a simple plugin that i'm asking to be made.
I want a plugin where you can turn on
semiclip for everyone without being in a certain type of map
I've looked at AND tried

These plugins need you to be in kz or surf maps so it can work and I do not want that
Only need admin_level_e(slap and slay) to be able to set this cvar to 0 or 1

0 - Disables
semiclip 1 - Enables
semiclip
