user vote kick

This is a plugin that i made (with the help of GHW_Chronic) to let any use enable a votekick on any player they wanted...I hope people have fun with this.

Use amx_voteplayer <name> in console.

EDIT: only tested with CS...can i get testers for source?

Do not put "Plugin: <name>". Plugin: is added when it's approved.

I did read that...I havent seen this plugin, hoped to help other people with it, and got it fixed so it isnt junk scripting...i admit that people did help me alot with fixing my coding after i wrote the original, but i wrote the general concept for it and other people helped me work out the bugs...like GHW_Chronic...I may be a newbie scriptor, but i introduced a plugin that i have so far been unable to find...Many of my friends have also been looking for a plugin that does this...so i decided to make one...i dont mean to sound like a jerk when im saying this, but i just think people will benefit from it.

PS and thanks for the fix of the kick code.

There are no restrictions on the number of times this can be used. Highly exploitable. Also, redundant with the default steam player vote system.
