I am trying to use the inconsistent_file callback, but i cannot find any information on the register_forward requirements in the docs or on the forums?

Is this callback implied if the plugin uses force_unmodified or am i missing something?

inconsistent_file is called when the server identifies the client is using a file that is inconsistent with the server's that is flagged as required to be consistent.
