[REQUEST] plugin like in gather-network

hi! for those who know what is the gather-network, it will be a very nice ideia if someone could do it for public.

a plugin that creates a mix by typing a command, (say \startmix), automaticly swap times when reashed the 15 rounds,auto add tags. plugin with sql or nvaul support (to save the points earned). points can be earned like this

Here is how the skill points are calculated:

Action Inidividual points Team points

Kill an enemy 10 -
Kill a teamate -30 -
Suicide -30 -
Begin to defuse the bomb with kit (repeat protected) 125
Begin to defuse the bomb without kit (repeat protected) 125
Bomb has been defused (user action) 12 -
Get the bomb (only if the previous holder died) 125
Plant the bomb (user action) 125
Rescue an hostage (user action) 125
Counter-Terrorists win (bomb defused) - 17
Counter-Terrorists win (default) - 15
Counter-Terrorists win (target saved) - 15
Terrorists win (default) - 15
Terrorists win (target bombed) - 17
Your team win the gather (only if played until the end) - 50

A ratio is applied on every "kills" and "user action" points. This ratio varies with the current team scores and also with the skill points of the two players in the case of a "kill".

it will automaticly change our name depending on how many points we have [ tmen_13 (269) ]

it would choose teams according to the points of each one.

it chooses one capitan in each time (the one how have higher points)

a think xpaw is doing something like that, but im not sure.

Coincidentaly i'm making a private mod similar to this. If the server owner authorizes, I may launch a modified version, of course, with less features.

I don't even know if the person i'm making this plugin for will let me release AT ALL, but if he does, it probably won't have all the features.
