Obstacle_Kill v1.2

If you kill player, but between the player and you have obstacle (door, wall, an object), then the killer will receive your specified bonus + displays notifications about this event in the chat.

In the server.cfg can add settings:

// 0 - do nothing, 1 - give hp, 2 - give cash
ok_gift "1"

// value (depends on the ok_gift)
ok_gift_value "50"

// 1 - remove obstacles (not all removed), 0 = no
ok_entkill "1"

// 1 - show the distance from the obstacle to the victim (in meters), 0 = no
ok_showdist "1"

- fixed some bugs
- If the killer bot, then the obstruction is not checked
- Now the message red color
- added cvar "ok_showdist"
