Yes, it means that all players can be glowing. Red for CT, bleu for T. I advised Inogood to not post this plugin since that it's too simple and poorly coded, I think.

Even if I'm not the author of this plugin, I'm working on an improved version with a lot of features. ( Just for fun ;) )
