When Hns_noslowdown is on. Is it possible to make one block slowdown?
(Blockmaker) actioncode for it?

If u have hns_noslowdown 1 and build a slowdown bhop block it wont be any diff from a normal bhop block...

I guess you don't read.
Having slowdown turned on and using a normal bhop block is the same as not having slowdown turned on and using noslow bhop blocks.
