I'm trying to figure out how to use GetAdminFlags to end up with a string list of admin flags. For example, something similar to "abcdz" or something. I have a vague understanding of how to work with some admin related functions, but I'm not really understanding how to manipulate the bitstring(?) output of GetAdminFlags to achieve the result I want. Thanks.

A better question is what you plan on doing with this?

If you want to check if an admin has a certain flag, CheckCommandAccess is a much better way to do it. It takes into account user permissions, group permissions, and command overrides.
