counter strike comes with 4 or CZ 5 character selection screen..... if there is a mod that can change the boxes to fit in more chracters like CSO, |a gui editor would be nice, nobody wants to fiddle around text.ini settings

That is controlled client-side and cannot be altered by server. At least not without slowhacking them.
