This is not hard, just correct this line:
new rgb[3] = {250, 250, 250} to this:
new rgb[3] = {255, 255, 0} ( this is for all teams if cvar batgirl_teamcolored = 0 )

Change

new rgb[3] = {250, 250, 250} 


to

PHP Code:

new rgb[3] = {0, 130, 150} 


Depending what yellow you want, play around with it

Just a tip, the colors are in form of RED(r) GREEN(g) BLUE(b). (X, Y, Z)

PHP Code:

 new rgb[3] = {250, 250, 250} //r, g, b 


Then this will be a nice yellow;

PHP Code:

 new rgb[3] = {255, 205, 0} 


Edit: Just so you know "Art", the color you attached is blue.
