I apologize for posting in the wrong place or asking a question that has already been asked, if it has been, but this has been baffling me for a while so I decided to ask on the forum.

A while ago I saw this video:

The first clips show an admin using a sort of rapid-fire plugin or mod on his weapons. Kind of like the Valve Rocket Launcher or something. I looked at the guy's account on TF2items and found no Valve weapons, so he's not some employee, I guess.

What plugin is this? I'm assuming that it's a SourceMod admin plugin, but as I don't know much about this stuff I really have no idea.
How is this possible? Is it a cheat/hack not related to SourceMod or admins, maybe?

I've seen this plugin in use on an idle server, though. A normal user said an admin gave him the ability, despite him not being promoted, so this rules out it's possibility as a hack, though I'm sure there are hack versions of it.

I've Googled this topic to death and found nothing.

Wait so does that plugin just edit the information you see when you look at a players' items on the server, or does it actually affect the weapons' fire rate, clip size, and all that stuff?

This extension allows you to edit weapons attributes per weapons / steam_id and much more...

ANyway, be careful with this one. It's very hard to use customized weapons on a server without killing the game !
