first ill say that im not good with the codes.... infact if i knew what to set where i had made this plugin my self....
but unfortunately I dont know one second of the codes so I really need help with this....

the point with this plugin is to have a poppup with a window(just like in the to15).....

like every 10 round or so it poppup a window(when you are dead) where it says with BIG letters read this next window carefully... then it poppup a new window same as the first but in this one there are more like server websites and stuff... and like i want them to register there then i can get theyr steam id and add them to a list so they dont get the poppup agein like imuety.ini list... i will brobobly have to do that manual :S xD

1 more thing is it possible that when they click on the link that the plugin opens steam internett and then go to that site ?

but.... my question.... can this be done? or is this a plugin that no one can make..like inpossible to make....

I don't think that it's possible to tell if a person closed a MOTD. It would be better to send them a message in chat and then open the MOTD for them. This does sound possible to do using MySQL (since they have to sign up on your website, or whatever) but you should post this in Suggestions / Requests, not here.

i think u missunderstud....
ppl dont have 2 sinup... but if they do ill sing them up on a ini file so the wont have this poppup =)
and its only every 15 round this will poppup... and its when you die

He wants a mod that pops motd every 15 rounds when the player is dead unless the player was added to an custominifile.ini (steamid wise) and he wont get that popup.
