Hello,
I know that changing the skins of the weapons is not allowed by valve

Grenade too?
I want change grenade to Pokeball .. it's allowed in client side and server side ?

Changing skins? If you want change VIEW(1st view) MODEL of grenade, you need following this rules:
Valve Model, Valve Texture = No.
Valve Model, Custom Texture = No.
Custom Model, Valve Texture = No.
Custom Model, Custom Texture = Appears to be OK currently. (Copied from ZP for CS:GO)

If you want 3rd model of grenade, you can just set model.

On client side you can change ONLY via server side

If we check Valve's CSGO Server Guidelines

To be clear, the services that should not be offered on a community server include (but are not limited to):
– Allowing players to claim temporary ownership of CS:GO items that are not in their inventory (Weapon skins, knives, etc.).
– Providing a falsified competitive skill group and/or profile rank status or scoreboard coin (e.g., Operation Challenge Coins).
– Interfering with systems that allow players to correctly access their own CS:GO inventories, items, or profile.

Grenades are not in our inventories, so it should be allowed.

I think you misunderstood, hes saying that since it specifically says "in their inventory" custom grenade models shouldn't be an issue since grenades aren't an inventory item.
