They also removed their forum a few months ago because people kept complaining about lack of support in their premium section and they didn't want any potential new customers to see their shoddy support.
Their "premium" service is more poonium. They can't even answer support tickets in a decent amount of time (took them 2 weeks to reply to a problem i was having and they couldn't even figure it out, but i figured it out and told them they're support sucked so they banned me from the forum). Stay away from them like the plague.
There's also some other programmers who are developing HLStats (HLStatsX is based on HLStats), their site is
www.hlstats-community.org (their version supports goldsource and source games) They release new versions on a regular basis but they have no-game plugin because they dont have any sourcemod coders (help them!).
