DESCRIPTION / FEATURES / OPTIONS:
1. You can give any amount of your money to any player or bot.
(except yourself and HLTV of course)
2. You can use any part of nick or userid to give money.
COMMAND: say $<name OR part of name OR #userid> <money>
3. You can set any access level to that command.
DEFINE: ACCESS_LEVEL (default: ADMIN_ALL)
4. You can give money privately or publicly.
CVAR: amx_anymoney_private (0: publicly, 1: privately, default: 1)
5. By default give actions is limited (flood protection).
CVAR: amx_anymoney_delay (0: disable, N: seconds, default: 30)
CVAR: amx_anymoney_maxtimes (0: disable, N: times, default: 2)
(by default it is allowed to give money not more than two times per half of minute)
6. By default you can give money only after ending of buytime of the first round.
CVAR: amx_anymoney_midround (0: disable, N: round, default: 1)
(e.g. to disable possibility play first round with primary vs secondary weapons)
7. You can see amount of player's money by aiming at him and reading status text.
CVAR: amx_anymoney_display (0: disable, 1: teammates, 2: all, default: 1)
(note: you do not need reaim to refresh if amount of player's money is changed)
8. You must spawn at least one time to be able to give money.
(give/reconnect/give... cheat restriction)
