Rules:

There are two teams for survivors, one is good , the other is bad.

There are several flags on a map, first, the flag are neutral, you can own it by ducking around it for several seconds.

If you are killed by enemy, you will respawn around another alive teammate or flags which belong to your team.

If all flags are owned by enemy , your team will lost.

Commands:
!join - join game.
!betray - switch to another team.
!restart - restart round ( admin only ).
!switchteam + userid switch a player to another team( admin only )

Holding tab to toggle team list, or Holding E to show team list.

I am not satisfied with this pulgin because it is very difficult that a team win another team , and its voice communication is untested, the game mode need more consideration and adjustment, if some have some good idea please tell me.
If some one want to test it, please set l4d_cs_enable = 1 in console, and then input : !restart, you'd better set survivor_max_incapacitated_count to 0.
