AMX Poker
CS menu based Video Poker plugin.
Requires cstrike module enabled.
commands:
amx_poker (console) or say poker to begin
cvars:
- amx_poker_deadonly [0-1] (1 default)
- amx_poker_enabled [0-1] (1 default)
Tested on Steam CZ, amxmodx 1.6

0.4 corrected a mistake in detecting "full house" hand
0.3 some CZ bug(?), would make players buy as they press numbers with poker menu, it's been corrected
