Would have been fantastic plugin if you were included only Welcome Messages cause of huge amount of Connect/Disconnect Messaging Plugins.

I have not seen Welcome Messages in Green Chat before thats why i'm appreciating..
Add a CVAR for disabling Connect Message as well for those who want only Welcome Message.
