that plugin only allows you to do things with amx_ prefixes. I know some plugins do not have amx_ prefixes. Also, if you had a plugin that did something like "/forums" it would just make u execute amx_forums in console and the /forums command wouldn't work. And lastly, mine contains the "/cmd last" function.
