Here is a temporary fix. Put a command in your server.cfg that unloads and loads the plug-in. That way it'll be reset every map change.
See, points can't be cleared on disconnect because the bot still keeps the same userid. So when the user disconnects, the server still thinks that the player is there. There actually is code in there for resetting points on disconnect, but it doesn't work because of that.
