Updated to 1.4:

• Adds sm_autoupdate_backup, sm_autoupdate_rem, sm_autoupdate_block_add, sm_autoupdate_block_rem and sm_autoupdate_list.
• Should create directories that don't exist when downloading.
• Saves backups of old versions in addons/sourcemod/plugins/disabled/backups. (optional)
• Made sm_autoupdate_check/sm_autoupdate_download have an option for checking single plugins.
  Spent ages rewriting like half the plugin to add a downloads queue to see if it fixes problems with downloading more than 1 plugin, then noticing I don't initialize a string which fixes it. This plugin is so frustrating
