The afk manager starts working after at least 1 player leaves the safe room, so it won't do anything on map change.
If a player connect after at least 1 leaved the safe room, he will be put on spec and a hint text will be send to him every 10 seconds telling him to press M to join a team.

Aie, please, put the panel if a player join mid-game, because there is some retarded guys who don't know what touch they binded to chooseteam. It was the main problem with the L4D VS Spectator plugin.
EDIT : Sorry but I have to remove this plugin, even if players have been connected since the start of the game, if one of them leave the saferoom, they will be put in spectators. It causes all the players leave because they don't understand the advert.
