Description:
Gives the person who plants/defuses the bomb money
CVARS:
pdm_enabled Enabled/Disables the plugin (Default: 1)
pdm_defuse Amount of money giving to the defuser (Default: 500)
pdm_plant Amount of money giving to the Planter (Default: 500)
