Old 07-06-2007 , 04:21   Water - How much do you drink?

Hey I've just recently started trying to drink 1 gallon+ amount of water a day. (Used to drink bout 40 ounces a day or about 90 ounces on a day I workout)

Should I drink more? Less? Just wondering what you guys thought.

(I'm 6'0 160 lbs if that means anything to how much water you should drink)
