So the point of this is not to make the main chat a quiz area.. some on us don't even want to see this quiz ... etc. so it would be nice if you make this.. to be shown only for players, have been joined the Quiz!
If you could make this go througt, we shouldn't have to enforce the poor good gamers, that don't like that kind of thing!

This version views the quiz thing's for players that has joined the quiz
Added CVARs

quiz_timeinfo(Def: 400) - time before it shows the 'join the quiz' message(in seconds)
Added Commands

say /quiz - joins the quiz
say /unquiz - leaves the quiz
