Works fine for me. On 1.60 as well as in 1.70 and 1.71. All

commands are logged (amx-logs) and any other command (tsay etc.) are logged by the adminchat.amxx plugin. Have you placed std_admin_color_chat.amxx
before adminchat.amxx in your plugins.ini?
