hp_on // Plugin ON/OFF (ON=1 OFF=0)

hp_onlyadmin // Only for admins? (YES=1 NO=0)
Default: 0
hp_adminlevel // Admin level
Default: ADMIN_KICK
hp_prefix // Chat messages prefix
Default: [HP]
