I've tried gScramble, but it doesn't seem to want to work properly for it. It keeps balancing and scrambling admins (Both z admins and o custom group players) even though I set it to give admins immunity and set the correct flags in the config file.

Failing that, is there a plugin that will allow certain steamids to always be able to join a team regardless of the current count, but keep public users from doing it?
