Frying your cpu because you overclocked it too high is completely different (It's user error). That said, what are you talking about "didn't give me a bib, it just didn't go to post"? That phrase makes little to no sense, as if it doesn't post then it doesn't beep. and visa-versa unless you have no pc speaker.
