for servers on windows it works like a charm.
if you have a crash for any reason maybe even other than this plugin, like zombie's or paintball's servers crash often and you are not there to push the "OK" button, try using ptfb-push the freaking button i believe ver <2 is for free and you could give it a try.
for the ones that experience high latency on all players since installing this plugin, try lowering your sv_maxupdaterate with a few numbers like from 101 to 66.
i wonder why is this plugin still at new plugin submissions when it IS working and it has reached a 6.+ version and has replies like a high-traffic plugin ... cstrike public servers around the world could really use this if only they would know it exists ...
