I believe these doesn't work any more.

In L4D2 they are using the same thing as they used in L4D Crash Course, e.g. the map have local variables that overrides the cvars above. That would explain how only one map of those 28 maps have insane amount of witches (Hard Rain, map 2) and not every map is affected.

HOWEVER! I can't edit the tank spawning like I would on L4D Crash Course. Crash Course could be edited by opening the file; l4d/left4dead/missions/garage.txt and edit the values. But opening the campaign4.txt file (Hardrain campaign) does not contain any boss values from what I can see.

The question is then how can we edit the boss spawning. And in worst case the item spawn system is maybe also controlled by the map locally.
