its not about india, it can crash on de_dust2, assault, etc..

every call of system function of each plugin goes through the amxmodx core, not the hlds engine, not the metamod, but amxmodx. thats why topic is here Issues with AMX Mod X...

ive told you about mmtimer, and its not the only thing to break hlds limit
for example you can compile GNU clone of hlds (YOU cant, how could i forgot)
