Amx 9.8 installer with SH

i used it, backupped my vault.ini, replaced the new vault.ini with old one, yet XP wont load.
Also how do i add heroes in amx 9.8, could anyone make a short step by step

hello, i still dont get this right, i tried adding morhpeus, copter, green arrow on my server. all got bad load. I know im missing something but cant remeber what, i added them in plugins.ini...
