but there is no logs about crash

I have an idea for respawning place.. So if any1 zombie or human dead then when admin or deadmatch thingy respawns him he will revive where he dead...

no luck to my crash ... tried everything
My tried things:
1-removed few plugins
2-Restarted serevr
3-Tried to change port
4-Tried to change ip
5-and no luck
