For the slap message, since it is only displayed to the bodyshotting player, it might make sense to omit the player name and just say "You have been slapped with %d damage for bodyshotting."

I can't offer any help on the crash problem. My servers are having the same issue... but if you start your server from the command prompt, it won't auto-close like that.

By game or first spawn won't quite do it, because in TF2 the vecs will vary by character class. Maybe each spawn?

I agree completely. Players get frustrated when they can't destroy the buildings. When I do it (probably in the next couple days), I'll probably turn it on by default.

Done. The attached building_repair plugin should cause dispensers to (if configured to do so) repair teleporters, sentries, and other dispensers.
