Jail Break? CSS

I have looked high and low to find the css jail break mod. Can anybody help me get the mod. Strip T's, in cells, yadayadayada. Haha. Well if there is a link, may I please have it?

I can not find any sounds for like "Headshot!", or anything! I need a link or somthing to find it. I would like to have fps_doug sounds but i wouldnt mind just regular headshot sounds. Can anybody...

Spec the new team?

Can someone make the "spectator" team a live team? I was thinking about making a server where there are THREE teams. Terrorist would be red, ct would be blue, and spec were yellow. I want to do this...

Well, I have thought of a lazer tag mod for awhile now. I know sombody has it, but they wont give it out. Could someone maybe make a realistic lazer tag for Condtion Zero? I would be willing to pay...
