Help with my HNS Server.

Ok, I've got a few problems.

I have an He-Multiplier and He Give plugin but for some reason, The Terrorists get nades but drop them. All they have is flashes and smokes.

I have a server from gameservers and They installed amxmodx but not the cstrike addon so I did it manually replacing the files and what not. I get in game and plugins that came with cstrike addon...

Stats problem

On my server everytime you hit someone the amount of damage you do comes up on your screen. This is a dead give away for people who are hiding so i want to take it off. I can't find a way to take...
