For v4.01 you need 3 files, one normal, one suffixed with _large.mdl and another suffixed with _small.mdl. In the 'blockmaker_models.ini' file you only state the original filename and the plugin...

A .MDL file isn't an image file its a 3D model file which contains 1 or more textures. You have to edit the model and replace the texture with the one you downloaded. For this I use Half-Life Model...

One block uses 3 different models. You have to edit each model and change the texture on it, and save it with a different name. The normal block would be called something like, 'myblock_platform.mdl'...

Yes you're right. For each block you need 3 models, normal, small and large. Their names would be like this... e.g:
bm_block_platform.mdl
bm_block_platform_small.mdl
bm_block_platform_large.mdl

I fixed that now. 'bm_timer_start.mdl' and 'bm_timer_end.mdl' are what the plugin uses. I've left it as v4.00 as not many people had...

That crashing problem with the 'blockmaker_models.ini' file is a pain in the ass. I can't figure out how to fix it because it doesn't happen with me. If I could reproduce it then I could fix it....
