The idea itself was pretty stupid to begin with CS2.0? So basically its a bunch of crappy plugins making a server change to something else, Don't we have enough plugins that do this already?...

000webhost is slower then manually downloading, and half the time it loses the download or doesn't finish the file and you get a corrupt file or .bsp/.mdl etc.

Ticrate should never really be changed causes more problems then it does help, try setting your ticrate back to defualt sys_tickrate "100.0"
