I assume you mean that third-party plugins aren't the reason for the crash. If that's the case then it's out of my hands.

If there is still an issue with SMAC and ATI users then I'll probably need...

GMod players (http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1068749) used to get this crash when entities went chaotic on clients. It could be SetTransmit + floating hats causing this.
