Dude, the concept is fine, but the fact is is that its Less than 10 lines. THere is no plugin with less 30 lines in the forum.

No i mean, a music_say ban per say. Because as of this moment, this plugin will not get approved. So add some features, advertisements, music ban, music request to make it so it will get approved

Well, its a small plugin, the basic concept is a motd window with the website. To improve i think you can add someway to block users from accesing to it.

You copy and compile it, either web compiler or in amxx studio and get the amxx which you put in plugins and add hprollthedice.amxx in plugins.ini in configs

Also, in those servers when you connect, it makes your screen go black and kicks you.
