[CSS] One in the Chamber

I was seeing if anyone could make a One in the Chamber gamemod like Call of Duty: Black Ops. You would get a deagle with 1 bullet and everyone would have 10 hp.

No, i cant downlaod any .exe from ANYWHERE its so annyoing. If you put the .exe into a .zip and upload it it will work. If you dont mind that would be perfect.

I wonder if i could make a mod out of it.. Meaning you could make it so all you had to do is add the admin's steam ID's into a .cfg and it will be just like that.

Go to, ctrike>addons>sourcemod>logs, then look for one called errors. If it dosent state why in there, then look in the actually logs, cstrike>logs.
