Well i had this problem. I have admin on my server with other friends but i wanted to make one of my other friends admin. When there steam id was in the admin simple, They got the same thing as you....

Ok, heres my solutions.

Check your Admin_simple.ini , Make sure your steam id is right.
Also make sure you have your config folder in the right place.

I have added the plugin into the server with your extension but like it screws my whole l4d2 up, when i enter any game, it crashes.

Uhh, I had the same issue a few days ago. Check you Admin_simple. Double check if its your id. Sometimes it gives you fake admin which may look like your admin.
