im pretty sure it has something to do with a "clientmax 16" cvar and value i found with HLSW, but for some reason i cant change it. SO if anyone knows about that, let me know.

u purchased an extra slot after i installed this plugin to our server to have a "dedicated" reserved slot, meaning the teams could be even with the reserve slot in place.
