There is a hack software(STEAM ID CHANGER). Someone with that hack go to some server, then they look for online admin.
When he see online admin he type in console "status" and copy admin steam:id....

Nevermine, this plugin can use players. It can be unapproved but plugin works without bugs.
If you read sma file, you will see this:

Autor spunko, edit by me and Bundeva. ;) Removed special...

Yes, "some" lines... Why? Because READ THE INFO!!! This is not for trash, people can use this plugin because you cant find plugin like this here.

Read info, i rewrite a plugin. Now this plugin works without Special Abilities... No gravity, no dmg... Now is a normal plugin with normal knifes.
